James is a licensed General Contractor with 25+ years of experience in the construction industry. His career in construction started with working in the family drywall & paint business at 16 years old and by his early twenties, he was building custom homes. James is very hands on and has experience in all phases of construction.  In 2008 he met Neil Grecco from Studio 3 and started performing on site lender inspections for both commercial and multi-family projects.  James really enjoys monitoring each phase of construction for lenders and seeing each project progress to the finish stages.
Nicole started her career as a Property Manager working for commercial developers in 2003. In 2013 she transitioned to managing the office for Level Builders and has been heavily involved with construction estimating, budgeting and client relations. Â She is very knowledgeable in all phases of construction and assembles the lender reporting packages.
