We perform scheduled site visits to observe the current status of construction, document the work being performed and prepare progress reporting for lender review. The Construction Progress Report will include a review of the scope of work for the project, a review of the on-site and off-site status, estimated completion percentages, schedule review and supporting photographs.
We review all loan draw requests against our monthly reporting and make recommendations regarding disbursement. A thorough review of the construction budget and actual costs is completed with each draw request.
During the Cost Analysis process, we visit the job site and review all documentation provided by the lender. Upon completion of this review, we provide an in-depth reporting package for the lender that includes an overall project description, summary of the building plans, budget comparison, recommendations based on our review, and identifies any issues/limitations.
