The supplied sample cost analysis report shows review of construction documents, specifications, site plans, soils reports, permitting status, utility services, and the developer’s schedule of value.
For progress monitoring and draw inspections, we visit the site to observe construction status and document work completed. Sample reporting materials show site visits, activity highlights, percentage-complete estimates, project schedule commentary, and attached photos.
We organize findings into clear reporting intended for lender use. Depending on the assignment, reporting may include progress summaries, budget observations, draw request review, recommendations, schedule commentary, and special conditions.
